Norwalk Easter Public Library seeks to provide exceptional service, foster community connections, value innovation, and encourage discovery.

Meet Scribbles!

Scribbles the dog is the library’s mascot. He is a great representative of the library as he is friendly, playful, and welcoming. Scribbles will be at the library most of the time with special appearances during some storytimes, Early Out Days, or other events that meet at the library.

Scribbles loves to get out and about in Norwalk to meet new people and encourage them to use the library. If your child care center, preschool, school, senior care center, organization, or business would like to schedule a visit with Scribbles, please email Teen Services Librarian Catherine Shook at .

Many thanks to the Norwalk Easter Public Library Foundation which paid for Scribbles’ ‘adoption fee’.

HIRTA launched in Norwalk on March 1, 2022. You can book your ride up to 14 days in advance.
