Monday, 10/7 Anne Pringle Burnell and her Stronger Seniors crew recharge your body and spirit with a seated Yoga. Light stretch bands or a towel are optional. No pre-registration required to participate in Forever Fit. Two sessions available each Monday and Wednesday at 9am and 10am.
